A child and/or parent may observe a “random” harmless growth on their child’s foot and/or ankle. It's normally solid and grainy or bumpy in appearance

Children may experience achilles tendon injuries frequently, due to overuse of the tendon causing tendonitis and tendinosis. Most often seen in children who play in sports.

The arches of the foot seem to disappear and looking
from behind the heel, it seems like the little toes are peaking on the side.

A child and/or parent may observe a “random” harmless growth on their child’s foot and/or ankle. They might also notice a change in their walking, as well as some heel pain.

Ingrown toenails are a common condition, the corner or side of a toenail grows into the side of the nail fold. Skin around the nail appears red and swollen and feels warm to the touch

Occurs when the big toe is forcibly bent up into hyperextension, such as when pushing off into a sprint and having the toe get stuck flat on the ground.
